Additional information

The current owners are retiring from this much loved business and property where they have resided for over twenty five years. Planning permission was granted by Kildare County Council under reference 19361. This project was to build new training facilities which would modernise the business. The planning permission is still active and this project awaits the new purchasers.

In 2023 Kildare County Council carried out works to the lower section of the property taking in some 10hectares (25 acres). The program of work was to re-drain these lands following adverse flooding. These works are completed and all water is now removed from the lands, under the motorway via a motorised water pump. This section of lands have now been fully cultivated following drainage works with new grass seeds sown in May 2024.
