First established in 1968, Baltinglass Mart has been serving the local farming community with weekly sales of Cattle and Sheep. There are bi-monthy horse sales as well as auctions of working dogs.
In 1974 brothers Michael and Joseph Kinsella from Carnew commenced operating the mart. Since 2009 Joseph and Maria Kinsella have been continuing the weekly livestock sales.
Cattle
Weekly every Wednesday between 11.30 and 1.30
Horses
Horse Sales are held very two months on the second last Sunday of the month.
Sheep
Sheep Sales are held weekly every Saturday morning at 10.30.
